2-Story House Collapses In Floodwaters In Peru

PERU (CBS) – Intense flooding is wreaking havoc in Peru.

People watched in despair as a rushing river swallowed up a two-story home.

9 Deaths And Rare Cancer Linked To Breast Implants, FDA Says 

The building quickly collapsed into  the waters nearby.

The National Emergency Operations Center says the intense rainfall is due to what's called "Nino Castero."

It is a weather phenomenon caused by a rise in sea temperatures.
