2-Year-Old Hospitalized After Bitten In Face By Dog
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A young child has been hospitalized after being bitten by a dog in the face in Northeast Philadelphia.
The fire department tells CBS 3 a 2-year-old was bitten in the face at Lawndale Avenue and Faunce Street.
The child was transported to Torresdale Hospital.
Police say the owner was not home at the time.
It is unclear what type of breed the dog is or where the incident took place.
