WATCH: Driver Survives After Going Airborne Off Highway
PITTSBURGH (CBS) -- A man goes airborne off a highway in Pittsburgh.
The man's car was wrecked, but amazingly, he was fine.
The car spun almost 180 degrees in mid-air.
It then slams into an auto shop parking lot, flying in between two poles.
The shop's owner says this accident is the eighth one like it in nine years.
PennDOT was at the scene last week to assess the danger of that turn.
The driver has not been cited.
