ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBS)– Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian will deliver his unofficial state of the city address Wednesday afternoon.

It’s his first since a state takeover.

Last year, Gov. Chris Christie appointed an overseer that has major decision-making power and can seize most of Atlantic City’s assets.
