DE Congresswoman Becomes First Female & African American To Serve State In Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBS) -- On Capitol Hill, the 115th Congress was sworn into office on Tuesday. After being sworn in, it was time to get to work.

Before that, a little history was made by one new congresswoman.
