ABINGTON, Pa. (CBS) — An Abington man is behind bars after authorities say they found more than 130 images of young girls engaged in sex acts on his cellphone and computer.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement that Abington Township Police arrested 29-year-old Daniel Flannery and charged him with more than 100 felony counts involving internet child pornography.READ MORE: Confounding Error Costs Phillies In 8-4 Loss To Braves
The statement says Flannery was apprehended after an Abington Township detective investigated a tip that came through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities say the investigation revealed that the image came from a computer at the defendant’s home. Flannery is being held at Montgomery County Correctional Facility and his bail has been set at $50,000.
