Video: Dogs Run Loose On Betsy Ross On Ramp
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Two dogs were caught on video running loose on the Betsy Ross on ramp Thursday afternoon.
A Twitter user posted this video of two dogs running in the right lane.

The Delaware River Port Authority told CBS 3 that a German Shepherd and a hound dog were roaming on Richmond Street and made their way onto the Betsy Ross on ramp.
The hound dog jumped the concrete barrier and landed on a metal grate on the other side.
Authorities took the hound dog to the shelter but the German Shepherd was not found.
No owner has claimed the hound dog at this time.
