Police Seek Suspects After Elderly Woman Is Robbed Leaving Parx Casino

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) -- Police in Bensalem are working to identify two suspects in connection to a robbery that took place at Parx Casino.

The incident took place on December 11 around 8:20 p.m. and the victim was a 73-year-old woman.

Authorities say she was walking in the parking lot when she was approached by a man. According to police, he ripped her purse off of her shoulder and fled in the direction of Mechanicsville Road.

The man got away with an unknown amount of money and the woman's cell phone.

After investigation, police believe that two suspects were involved in the incident with one of them following the victim from inside the casino. Police say the suspects were driving a silver 2007 Audi Q7 with N.J. registration, K52GEN.

The vehicle and the suspects are both believed to be from Newark, N.J.
