PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police say an examination on a boy who died early yesterday morning revealed that he suffered a large laceration to his liver, bruising on his chest wall, a bruised ear and an abrasion over his eye.
Authorities say two-year-old Zyair Worrell also tested positive for THC.

Upon arrival, they observed a 23-year-old female holding Zyair, who appeared to be lethargic.

Officers took the child to St. Christopher’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say information regarding an arrest will be released soon.
