Nachman was taken aback when her real mom told her her favorite TV mom, Florence Henderson, had died of heart failure.

“Florence was always in such good shape,” she said. “She was just on Dancing With The Stars a few weeks ago. It’s kind of hard to believe.”

Nachman, who ran a Brady tribute blog said Florence Henderson stayed in the limelight even after The Brady Bunch ended in 1974.

“She did a cooking show. She did a version of the Today Show. She was always active, always around. She always sang the national anthem for the Indianapolis 500 every year.”

Nachman said thanks to perpetual reruns, memories of Florence Henderson are never far away.
