Authorities: N.J. Man Engaged In Sex Acts With Child From 2014-2016

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—A New Jersey man has been arrested after police say he engaged in sex acts with a child under the age of 16-years-old.

Last week, 25-year-old Jose Luis Zuna-Santander, of Flemington, New Jersey, was arrested on one count of first degree aggravated sexual assault and one count of third degree endangering the welfare of a child.

A joint investigation led by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office and the Flemington Borough Police Department revealed that the suspect allegedly engaged in sex acts with a child from 2014 to 2016.

Zuna-Santander is being held in the Somerset County Jail on $300,000 bail.
