Police Seize Samurai Sword, Stun Gun, Binoculars, Duct Tape From Del. Stalking Suspect

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)— A Delaware man is facing stalking charges after police find him in possession of a slew of weapons, including a handgun, samurai sword, stun gun and brass knuckles.

Elsmere police responded on Thursday after the concerned victim told police threats were made against him due to a relationship with a mutual friend.

Upon arrival to the scene, police say they found Brian Glass, 44, of Delaware in the rear of the victim's residence.

Authorities say Glass was dressed in all black and armed with a 9MM handgun, a ASP baton, two pairs of brass knuckles, five knives, tactical gloves, tactical flashlights, and binoculars.

When Glass was taken into custody police seized a book bag which contained rope and what appeared to be a black handgun.

Police also recovered a stun gun, samurai sword, two pellet/air soft guns, duct tape, rope, several more flash lights and knives along with binoculars and more rounds of ammunition.

Glass is charged with stalking while in possession of a deadly weapon, terroristic threatening, loitering (night prowling), criminal trespass, possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Glass remains held on $79,002 bail.
