Hatfield Township Purse Snatchers Arrested In Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—Authorities have arrested two purse snatchers in connection to an incident at a Shop Rite in Hatfield Township.
The Philadelphia Police Department arrested a man and a woman believed to be involved in the purse snatching on an unrelated incident in Philadelphia.
The Hatfield Township Police Department says the same suspects entered a Shop Rite located at 170 Forty Foot Road, in Hatfield Township, and stole a shopper's purse from her cart.
According to investigators, video shows the suspects attempting to steal another purse days prior, but were unsuccessful.
Charges are pending for both suspects in Hatfield Township and in Philadelphia.
