Footage shows Kaitlyn getting into a white taxi cab in front of Annapolis Hall by herself on her own accord.

Campus police say Kaitlyn was scheduled to meet a friend around 5 p.m. at the university's recreation center to go on a hiking trip. When Kaitlyn did not show up, her friend came to the police station to report her missing.

According to CBS Baltimore, the taxi driver told authorities that she was dropped off in front of a marina in Federal Hill, Baltimore. She remains missing at this time.

Kaitlyn is approximately 5' 3", approximately 121 pounds, has hazel eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a green long sleeved jacket, and bright colored socks (that are mid-calf level). She possibly had a black and white camping backpack and a green canvas bag with her.

"Praying for the safe return of Kaity George, a beloved young parishioner and CYGNUS youth minister," said the St. Joseph's Catholic Church Toms River on Facebook. "Prayer is powerful! Prayer works! We are calling upon the help of our Toms River community, Please if you have any information contact officials!"

Police have been unable to track her phone. Authorities do not suspect foul play and  are urging the public to come forward with any information.

"Our biggest concern is we just want to know she is okay, and so if anyone has had any contact with her, to contact us. Police do not suspect foul play, and are investigating every lead," said Sgt Rosanne Hoaas, University of Maryland police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police. The number for the University of Maryland Police Department is 301-405-9960.
