HARRISBURG (CBS) — In an effort to generate support for legislation that would allow PennDOT to suspend the registrations of chronic violators, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has released a list of its top two dozen commercial toll scofflaws.

Turnpike spokesman Carl DeFebo says the Commission needs the tools to go after the biggest offenders…

All of the companies on the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s list of the top two dozen violators owe at least $20,000.
