Airport CEO Chellie Cameron says she’s thrilled to officially introduce the Terminal F Baggage Claim Facility:

“We think that this is the kind of facility that our passengers in this region deserve. I think it’s a testament to the hard work that everybody put in to open it up.”

This was part of a $160-million multi-phase project.

“We’ve been working on the whole Terminal F project for a number of years,” says Cameron, “but this facility is the final phase and it’s taken us about 2 or 3 years to complete.”

It includes increased concession space and other renovations, and was outfitted with works by artist Stacy Levy:

“We do a competition for all of our facilities and we do try to incorporate art,” says Cameron. “We also only use Philadelphia artists, but this one in particular, she had a vision to do something that had to do with the river and water and so she created three pieces that ultimately give different perspectives and different views on the river.”
