It’s that time when snow buffs start thinking about a winter whirlwind of skiing and snowboarding. The planning starts now with the annual Ski and Snowboard Expo launched by the Eastern Pennsylvania Ski Council.

What’s that you ask? Simply a collection of ski clubs from Reading to the shore.

“We have 38 clubs in the Mid-Atlantic region. Just the opportunity to be around people who are passionate about skiing,” said Cindy Fritz, who gets out the word about the council’s Ski and Snowboard Expo on Sunday, October 30th at the Crown Plaza in King of Prussia.

Club members will be on hand to help you find a group closest to home or one that best fits your lifestyle: families, singles, racers and more.

Look for people and prizes from ski resorts near and far, equipment reps, and a sneak peek at upcoming club ski trips.
