Philadelphia Ranked America's Best City For Trick-Or-Treating
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Halloween is right around the corner and Zillow has compiled a list of the best cities in America to take your kids trick-or-treating. The company that people utilize to find the best places to buy and rent homes is also telling parents and children where to get their candy this October 31st.
According to their rankings, we're in luck. Philadelphia topped the list as the best city to trick-or-treat in America.
Zillow calculated the results by utilizing four variables:
- Home Values
- Local Crime Data
- How Close The Homes Are To One Another
- Age Of The Residences
Zillow claims that these criteria come together to show them where trick-or-treaters will come away with the best candy in the shortest amount of time and for parents, where it is safest to take your kids out.
Best Halloween Costumes For Fall 2016
The results went a step further, ranking the top five neighborhoods to trick-or-treat in each city on the list. According to Zillow, the best neighborhoods to trick-or-treat in Philadelphia are Cobbs Creek, Frankford, Logan, Germantown East and Fairmount.
The top five cities on the list were:
- Philadelphia
- San Jose
- San Francisco
- Milwaukee
- Los Angeles
