Police: Woman Bitten By Stranger At Made In America Festival

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after they say a 19-year-old woman was bitten by an unknown male at the Made In America Festival.

Authorities say around 6:30 p.m. on September 4, a woman was standing in general admission when a man grabbed her right arm and bit her, causing broken skin and bruising.

Police say the victim did not know the male and had no prior contact with him.

Officials say the female went to the concert's medical tent and was treated for her injuries.

Authorities say a nearby patron took photos of the alleged suspect.

Police describe him as a black male, in his early to mid 30s, with long braided black hair, wearing a pink button down shirt with a "True Religion" cap. They say it appears he has a crown tattoo on his chest.

Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to contact Philadelphia Police.
