FBI Releases Photos Of Suspects Who Allegedly Held Up Plymouth Meeting Bank

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. (CBS) -- Plymouth Township Police and the FBI are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects they say held up a Montgomery County bank yesterday afternoon.

The FBI released a series of photos, taken from the bank's security cameras that show the armed robbery.

Just before 3 p.m. Saturday, investigators say two suspects entered the TD Bank on the 500 block of Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting.

The first suspect presented a demand note to a teller, then jumped over the counter and brandished a handgun.

After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, officials say the two suspects fled the bank in an unknown direction.

Police describe suspect #1 as a black male in his late 20s, standing approximately five feet nine inches tall and weighing 165 pounds with teardrop tattoos around his right eye and star tattoos near his left eye. He was seen wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, a navy Nike hat and glasses.

Police describe suspect #2 as a black male in his early to mid-20s, standing approximately five feet nine inches tall with a thin build. He was seen wearing a maroon, hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a tan hat.

According to officials, these suspects are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who recognizes them from the photos or has information about the robbery is being asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or Plymouth Township Police at 610-279-1901.
