Florida State WR Has Lunch With Lonely Middle School Student, Brings Mom To Tears

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Bo Paske was eating lunch alone at Montford Middle School in Tallahassee, Florida.

Paske, has autism, and sadly eating lunch by himself isn't abnormal for him.

Travis Rudolph, Florida State's leading receiver last year, was with his teammates visiting the middle school and noticed Paske. Rudolph, 20, decided to sit down and eat his pizza with Paske.

"I was just a kid not too long ago and I remember what the impact was of guys that played in college and in the NFL coming back to us," Rudolph, who had no idea about that Paske was autistic, told ESPN.com. "So I feel like maybe I can change someone's life or I can make someone a better person or make someone want to be great or be like me, or even better."

A friend of Leah Paske's, Bo's mom, snapped a photo of Rudolph eating lunch with her son and sent it to her. Originally, Leah didn't know who Rudolph was. Now, she is a fan for life.

Showtime will chronicle Florida State's season in a new series beginning on Tuesday, September 6th.
