Prosecutor Says He Doesn't Believe Sandusky Accuser's Claim
BELLEFONTE, Pa. (CBS) – The lead prosecutor in Jerry Sandusky's 2012 child sexual abuse trial says he doesn't believe a man who reached a settlement with Penn State over a molestation claim is the same person seen by a witness being abused in a team shower.

Joe McGettigan testified Tuesday that his opinion is based on changes in the man's story and other factors.
McGettigan took the stand as a third day of testimony wrapped up in Sandusky's quest to have his 45-count conviction thrown out or to get a new trial.
The former Penn State assistant football coach claims McGettigan lied during closing arguments when he said Victim 2 was known "to God but not to us."
Sandusky was convicted of abusing Victim 2 and nine others. He is serving a lengthy sentence.
