PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia City Hall’s courtyard underwent a transformation on Thursday. It became a festive beer garden.

The event was free to the public, and in addition to beverages, it featured live musical performances by Philadelphia artists.

Visitors enjoyed food and drink from a mobile craft beer truck. It was equipped with local crafts.
