Montco Gymnastics Instructor Charged With Child Sex Assault
HATBORO, Pa. (CBS) - A Montgomery County man who teaches gymnastics is under arrest, accused of molesting a child.
33-year-old Daniel Erb of Hatboro is facing several charges as Upper Moreland police say he admitted to sexually assaulting a girl from when she was eight years old, until she was 11.
Erb is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, endangering the welfare of a child, indecent assault and other counts.
The contact was not related to his job as a gymnastics instructor, but an internet search shows Erb has been employed teaching gymnastics in the Philadelphia area, and across Pennsylvania.
The Montgomery County DA's office is asking anyone with information on this assault or on other possible victims to get in touch.
