CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) – University students have put out a magazine celebrating the vibrancy of a surprising local community.

Widener University students have chosen the city of Chester as the focus of their magazine.

21-year old Managing Editor, Kelsey Styles, says there’s a lot of great topics all over town:

“There’s a lot of art happening, there are a lot of really great basketball players in Chester and some really incredible entrepreneurs like Abu the Juiceman. He has an incredible shop, I’ve been there it’s delicious the stuff he comes up with.”

Sixteen students worked on the glossy edition that can be found for free around the city and on campus.

In addition to the articles about the people, places and cultural events, local community services are highlighted.
