The couple met through mutual friends and dated for two years before getting married in 2009. She converted to Judaism before they got married, and both of them describe themselves as Orthodox. They now have three children and reside on the Upper East Side.

Ivanka created the #WomenWhoWork campaign to promote independent and powerful women.
