PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A woman is dead after being stabbed in Kensington.

In happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday near Jasper and Letterly Streets.

Police say officers responded to the scene of a woman running down the street screaming.

Authorities say the 35-year-old victim was stabbed once in the neck in an alley and then ran about a block before collapsing.

Investigators were looking at surveillance video from numerous cameras in the area for clues.
