Chase Utley Reduces Price Of Gladwyne Home For Sale
GLADWYNE, Pa. (CBS) -- If you are in the market for a new house, Chase Utley's old place is now being sold at a reduced price.
Utley's former Gladwyne home is on the market. The home hit the market in April for nearly $3.5 million.
Now, the home can be yours for a price closer to $2.9 million.
The former Phillie has owned the property for nearly three years.
He isn't the only Philadelphia legend to call it home. Sixers legend, and NBA Hall of Fame inductee, Allen Iverson used to own the property. He sold the house back in 2006.
