“You’re just in the zone and you’re doing what you love to do,” Dorenbos said of his performance Wednesday on the 94WIP Morning Show. “It’s a place for me, that I feel comfortable.”

Dorenbos did a card trick, in which Simon Cowell picked a “three of clubs” at the very end, the exact card Dorenbos placed inside of a paper clip at the start of the trip.

“Everything else I’ve stolen from other people and that’s my own,” Dorenbos said of his magic trick. “That routine is kind of something that I came up with. I took a bunch of stuff from a bunch of magicians. And it’s hard. I wanted to pick something that was hard.”
