'Nuns' Were Drinking Beer And Dancing With Phillie Phanatic At Phillies Game

Bryan Altman

Believe it or not, nobody partied harder and had a better time at the Phillies game on Monday afternoon than a couple of 'nuns' who were taking in the action.

Of course, we're using the word 'nuns' lightly because these definitely weren't the ruler-wielding nuns you encountered back in catholic school.

These nuns were cast members of a local production of 'Sister Act' who were at the game to promote their show and needless to say they did a great job of doing that.

Besides just relaxing and enjoying some beers, the nuns also took some selfies and even got up on top of the dugout with the Phillie Phanatic and showed off some of their dance moves.

Unfortunately, the nuns' dancing and drinking ways weren't enough to keep the Phillies from losing their seventh straight game by a score of 3-1 to the Diamondbacks.

But they definitely cushioned the blow for fans in attendance and made the day at the ballpark an unforgettable one.

Bryan Altman is, for some reason, an unabashed fan of the Rangers, Jets and Mets. If he absolutely had to pick a basketball team it would be the Knicks, but he'd gladly trade them for just one championship for any of his other three teams.
