Cops: 4 Juveniles Injured In Wilmington Shooting

WILMINGTON, De. (CBS) -- Police say multiple juveniles were injured in a shooting Tuesday night.

Officials say the initial shooting took place at Elm and S. Van Buren Streets.

Officers located a 16-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds to his legs and right arm.

Authorities then received additional calls reporting other victims.

Police say a 15-year-old male was located on Elm and S. Harrison Streets suffering from gunshot wounds to his hand, abdominal area and left leg.

Officials say he is in critical condition.

Officers were alerted of two additional victims and responded to a residence on the 200 block of S. Van Buren Street.

Police located a 13-year-old female victim suffering from a gunshot wound to her left thigh area and a 12-year-old male juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound to his right hip and gunshot wounds to his feet.

They were both taken to A.I DuPont Children's Hospital in stable condition.

A neighbor, Felix Rodriguez says, "It seemed like it was right in front of the house. It was very scary and this is not the first time it's happened.  It's starting to be something regular here."

Authorities say there is no suspect information available at this time.
