Fan Poll: 76ers Should Take Ingram Over Simmons
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Maybe it's because SportsRadio 94WIP's Ike Reese and his co-host on Monday, Jon Johnson (filling in for Michael Barkann), are both Brandon Ingram fans.
Maybe it's because photos of Ingram eating at Parc on Sunday evening with Brett Brown and Joel Embiid have surfaced.

But, according to a 94WIP Mike & Ike Show poll, Sixers fans want their team to take Ingram over the likely No. 1 overall pick Ben Simmons. Over 70-percent of voters said the Sixers should take Ingram over Simmons on June 23rd.
"It says a little more to me that they are intrigued by this kid [Ingram], his abilities, what he brings to the table," Reese said on Monday. "And it's just not something you can easily pass over when -- I believe -- the guy who everyone believes is the consensus number one overall pick Ben Simmons, there are some flaws to his game, to his makeup."

Ingram (6-9, 195-pounds) privately worked out for the Sixers on Monday afternoon. Simmons (6-10, 240-pounds) has not worked out privately or spoken with any NBA team, a potential roadblock.
