PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Those flightless birds are flying high at the box office.

That dropped the box office leader of the last two weekends – the superhero fantasy sequel, Captain America: Civil War – into second place. Another new attraction finished third, the comedy sequel, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, with Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. It earned $22-million.

Overall, industry-wide totals were slightly higher than those of last weekend but a good deal lower than those of a year ago.
