Montco Man Sentenced For Using Hidden Bathroom Camera To Film Teenagers

By Jim Melwert

ROYERSFORD, Pa. (CBS) -- A Montgomery County man will spend decades in federal prison after admitting he hid a camera in a bathroom to secretly tape teenagers.

57-year-old Kevin Rebbie is sentenced to 20-years in prison, followed by 20-years of supervised release, after he admitted to hiding the camera in a bathroom. When a teenager discovered the camera and alerted Limerick Township Police, they sized Rebbie's computer:

"And on the computers they found videos that had been downloaded from what obviously was a concealed camera in the bathroom of the home," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle Rotella.

She hopes a 20-year sentence for a 57-year-old man sends a strong message about punishment for exploiting children.

"You will spend a good portion, if not the rest of your life, in prison if you commit crimes like this against children," Rotella said.

In addition to the federal prison sentence, Rebbie is also awaiting trial on charges he molested children in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
