Broad Street Run Ends With Marriage Proposal For One Couple
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Sunday's Broad Street Run stretched from Broad and Fisher in Olney all of the way to the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia.

Forty-thousand runners came prepared wearing ponchos and trash bags to try to stay dry.
But for one runner, this year's race was extra special.
"I love you with all of my heart. Will you marry me?" Lee Ho asked his girlfriend Kim Thai.
"I had no idea. He totally surprised me," Kim says.
The newly engaged couple met in college.
No details on a wedding date just yet.
