Police Chase Ends In Chain Reaction Crash In Point Breeze
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A police chase ended in a chain reaction crash overnight in South Philadelphia.
It happened early Sunday morning at 16th and Dickenson Streets in the Point Breeze section of the city.
Police say officers were chasing an SUV when it hit a Chevy Malibu traveling of Dickenson Street. The impact of the crash caused the sedan to hit several parked cars.
Authorities say two people jumped out of the SUV and ran away. Officers caught one man and took him into custody, but they were searching for the other.
A total of five cars were damaged in the crash, but no one was injured.
