Franklin Fountain opened in 2004, but upon arrival makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time to the early 1900’s. Their ice cream is made onsite and if you’re in to celebrities, they’ve also made dessert for Pontifex, himself.

For those in Delaware and New Jersey, be sure to stop at Springer’s in Stone Harbor and Woodside Farm Creamery in Hockessin before the summers out. These home must-haves have more than 50 flavors to choose from and none of them will disappoint.
