Medford Police Release Sketch Of Suspect In Luring Investigation

MEDFORD, Nj. (CBS) -- The Medford Township Police Department is seeking the public's help as they investigate an incident that occurred on April 23.

Officials say that on that night, at 9:30 p.m., near Big Chief Trail, a man approached an 11-year-old girl. Authorities say the man spoke with the girl and tried to reach for her arm.

She pulled her arm back and the man walked away.

Police describe the man as a white male in his mid to late 40's. They say he is around 5'10" with a thin to medium build, short black hair with a white stripe and gray and black facial hair. They add that he has a raspy voice.

The man was wearing blue jeans, discolored brown work boots and a long sleeve gray thermal shirt.
