PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police are investigating a pair of armed robberies at 7-Eleven convenience stores overnight in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police say the robberies occurred just minutes apart. The first happened around 2 a.m. Sunday at a 7-Eleven along the 7900 block of Frankford Avenue. Ten minutes later, a second 7-Eleven was robbed at Bridge and Thompson Streets.
