Starbucks Breakfast Sandwich Recalled Due To Listeria Scare

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A breakfast sandwich at Starbucks is being recalled due to a Listeria scare.

Officials say the 6 ounce packages of Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar Cheese on English Muffin breakfast sandwiches sold at certain Starbucks stores may be affected.

As soon as Starbucks was informed of this potential issue, the product was removed from the 250 stores that potentially received it, officials confirm.

The recall is limited to 250 stores in Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma.

No illnesses have been reported to date.
