BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) – A high school student has been arrested for his alleged role in the sale of marijuana brownies that were distributed to students at a local middle school.

Authorities say Jacob Francisco, a Bensalem High School student, admitted to selling brownies laced with marijuana on February 25.

The brownies were eventually resold at Shafer Middle School by a juvenile student.

Authorities say Francisco is charged with possession with intent to deliver, corruption of minors and other related offenses.

He was arraigned and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent $100,000 bail.
