PHILADELPHIA (CNN) — Kesha took to social media on Tuesday evening to thank her fans for supporting her during her current legal battle with producer Dr. Luke.
“I am beyond words in gratitude,” the pop artist wrote on her Instagram account Tuesday. “Thank you is not enough but it is all I have. A million times over and forever thank you.”
Kesha went on to say that the support she had received left her face “swollen from tears.”
She also promised that “a statement too large for this format” was coming.
Tuesday night’s statement came a week after Kesha, whose real name is Kesha Rose Sebert, was denied the ability to record music outside of of her contract with Dr. Luke.
Kesha has accused Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, of emotional and sexual abuse.
Gottwald has denied Kesha’s allegations saying on Twitter Monday that he “didn’t rape Kesha” and has “never had sex with her.”
“It’s sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue,” Gottwald tweeted Monday.
Last week’s ruling led to many in the music industry, such as Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson, to publicly show their support for Kesha on social media.
Taylor Swift also offered support by donating $250,000 to Kesha to “help with any of her financial needs during this trying time,” according to a statement from a representative for Swift.
Within the first three hours of its publication, users liked Kesha’s Instagram post more than 62,000 times and it received more than 5,500 comments.
