PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Weather permitting, Philadelphia International Airport expects to resume operations gradually on Sunday, according to an airport spokesperson.
The spokesperson says a number of airlines are planning to have a reduced schedule of arrivals and departures.

All flights were canceled Saturday at the airport due to the impending winter storm.
