PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — New Jersey native Carli Lloyd was named FIFA Women’s World Player Of The Year on Monday afternoon. Lloyd, 33, becomes the third American to win the award along with Mia Hamm and Abby Wambach.

Lloyd and Sasic both scored six goals during the 2015 FIFA World Cup, tied as the top scorers. The U.S. won their first World Cup since 1999 and third ever behind Lloyd, who won the Golden Ball as the tournament’s best player.
