Authorities: Chester County Man Faces Molestation Charges

By Jim Melwert

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, Pa., (CBS) – A 60-year-old is free on $1 million bail, facing charges of sexually molesting a family member for years. And Radnor Township Police are putting out word of the arrest, to see if there are more victims.

Charles Robinson from Paoli is accused of sexually molesting a family member for at least four years starting when that victim was 13 years old. Investigators say Robinson groomed his victim by giving massages, then he went into the family member's bedroom, where he touched the victim while also fondling himself.

Radnor Township Police Superintendent William Colarulo says they're exploring the possibility of additional victims.

"We know through investigation Mr. Robinson had an affiliation with the Boy Scouts of American as well as various youth groups where he was a coach – basketball coach involved with a lot of programs," said Colarulo.

Colarulo says they've reached out to the Boy Scouts and other groups as part of their investigation. Robinson was living in Radnor Township when the alleged assaults occurred, he's facing multiple felony charges including corruption of minors, and indecent sexual assault of a person under 16.
