Vote: Who Should Be The Next Eagles' Coach?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Here we go again.

Just three years after undergoing a coaching search that replaced Andy Reid with Chip Kelly, the Eagles will look to replace Kelly with yet another head coach.

Here are four of Kelly's possible replacements, all of whom come with NFL experience.

Payton, 52, has been the head coach of the New Orleans Saints since 2006. He is 86-57 during that span, which included a Super Bowl championship in 2009.

Sean McDermott

McDermott, 41, was with the Eagles from 1999-2010 in various roles, ending as defensive coordinator. Since 2011, McDermott has been the defensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers.

Cowher, 58, played for the Eagles in 1979 and 1983-1984. Cowher was head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1992-2006 and won the Super Bowl in 2005. However, Cowher and new Eagles' senior director of player personnel Tom Donahoe had a reported power struggle when they were together in Pittsburgh.

Jon Gruden

Gruden, 52, is already the next Eagles' head coach...if you ask Wikipedia. Gruden, who currently works as an ESPN NFL broadcaster, is a former head coach of the Oakland Raiders (1998-2001) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2002-2008). Gruden's Bucs won a Super Bowl in 2002, beating the Eagles in the NFC Championship game.
