Man Dies After Being Shot In His Vehicle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating a deadly shooting in East Mount Airy.

Investigators say a man in his 30s was shot in the stomach while sitting his vehicle.

The shooting happened on the 400 block of Vernon Road around 11 Wednesday night.

Police say the unidentified man then drove two blocks and crashed into two parked vehicles.

He was rushed to the hospital where he died from his injury.
