Critics Take Swipes At Pennsylvania, NJ Governors For Tweeting About California Shootings
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- As authorities in San Bernardino, California, continue to investigate what they say is a very fluid situation, the governors of New Jersey and Pennsylvania are reacting to the mass shooting which killed at least 14 and left 17 more injured.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said he's praying for all of those "victimized" by the tragedy.
But even in the midst of yet another terrible tragedy, that didn't stop some from taking political swipes at the republican Presidential hopeful, like Josh V. did.
Over in Pennsylvania, Governor Tom Wolf tweeted his condolences as well, calling the shootings "senseless."
He, too, received some tweets that weren't at all about the shootings.
Chaz Fitzkee tweeted back to the governor, asking about the budget stalemate in the state.
Law enforcement officials in California say two of the suspects died in a gunfight with police.
Police do have a possible third suspect in custody, who was seen running away from the scene.
One officer was injured in that gunfire exchange, but is expected to be okay.
