There was a restraining order against 25-year-old Annie Ngo, but police in Pemberton Township say she approached a residence where her four-year-old son lived, along with Ngo’s former boyfriend and his mom.

“The male inside the house saw a female outside of the house pouring something that appeared to be out of a jug or a gasoline container,” police Lt. Brian Wechkus told KYW Newsradio. “When he called to her, she fled on foot.”
