HATFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) —  Police in Hatfield Township say a man broke into an apartment and sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl.

They say it the victim’s 11-year-old brother called 9-1-1 just after 4 a.m. Monday and told dispatchers a man broke into his family’s apartment and may have done “something” to his sister.  Police say they found the suspect, identified as Oscar Rivera Herrera, lying on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The children’s stepfather held Herrera on the ground until authorities arrived.
